Payment by Bank Card via Virtual POS

1. Payment on Our Website

Please ensure your first and last name are written in Latin characters. Verify that your account and card limits allow for the payment of the specified amount.
You have one attempt to complete the payment. If the transaction fails, please submit a new payment request.
You can pay for your orders on the KABAKUM-COLLECTION website using debit, credit, or corporate cards with the Visa or MasterCard logo through the virtual POS terminal of our partner bank, DSK AD, a member of the OTP Group.

 

2. Payment Process

We will send a unique link to your email, tied to your deposit, purchase, order, or cashier transaction. Click on the link to access the bank's secure payment page.

 

3. Payment Security

All transactions are protected by international card security programs such as MasterCard Identity Check and VISA Secure, ensuring the reliable protection of your data.

 

4. Payment Details

To pay via the DSK Bank virtual POS terminal, you need to enter your card number, expiration date, and CVV/CVC code. If your card is enrolled in the 3-D Secure program (MasterCard Identity Check or VISA Secure), you will be prompted to enter your 3-D password to confirm the transaction.

 

5. Data Processing

At KABAKUM-COLLECTION, we do not store or process your card information. All data is entered by you on the secure page of our partner bank.

 

6. Currency and Pricing

Regardless of the currency of your bank account, transactions are processed in Euros according to your bank's current exchange rate. All listed prices include VAT.
An additional commission of 2.2% from our bank will be charged. For banks within the European Union, the commission depends on the card type.

 

7. Refund Policy

If a refund is necessary, a full or partial refund will be issued to the card used for the payment within 5 business days.

 

8. Payment Limit

For security reasons, the maximum payment amount by card is €40,000.
