Reconstruction of “Petar Popov” Street Begins in Alen Mak District

A new stage of reconstruction has started in Varna on one of the key roads in the Alen Mak district — “Petar Popov” Street. This road connects residential neighborhoods with the resort area of Alen Mak and the E87 highway.

During the construction works, traffic will be restricted on certain sections. A detour via “Sasha Popov” Street has been organized for drivers, with road signs and a traffic scheme provided.

The project includes three main stages:

• complete replacement of the main water pipeline,
• renewal of the road foundation,
• laying of new asphalt.

The works are financed by the state budget and carried out by local contractors in coordination with municipal authorities.
