 ✔ Final works are underway on the common areas (lobbies and halls), designed in a unified style with an emphasis on comfort and premium aesthetics.

 ✔ Staircase railings have been installed — ensuring both safety and visual lightness.

 ✔ The elevator has been commissioned and is now fully operational — making movement throughout the building even more comfortable.

 ✔ Landscaping and site improvements are ongoing — we’re creating a well-kept, harmonious outdoor environment.
