Preparatory works have started at the Sea Road construction site

Preparatory works have officially begun at the construction site of the new residential complex Kabakum Collection Sea Road. The project is being developed by KYB Corporation in the second Kabakum area, near the popular Riviera and Golden Sands beaches.

At present, the site is undergoing clearing, geodetic layout marking, and preparation for the upcoming construction stages. These steps are essential for laying a solid foundation and ensuring precision and quality in the next phases of development.
