KYB Kabakum Project Received the Constatative Protocol and is Preparing for Commissioning

The KYB Kabakum project has officially entered the final stage of construction. On November 10, 2025, the “Primorski” District — Varna Municipality issued the Constatative Protocol on the degree of completion according to Art.181, Para.2 of the Spatial Development Act, confirming that all construction works on the project have been fully completed.

The technical department commission conducted an inspection in accordance with the submitted application and provided documentation. The protocol confirms that the building is fully completed and is preparing for commissioning and obtaining Act 16.

The document was issued based on:

• building permit;
• site opening protocols;
• acceptance certificates for structures;
• documents confirming the building’s suitability;
• a complete set of technical appendices.

Receiving the Constatative Protocol allows for:

• bank appraisals;
• preparation of documents for notarial transactions;
• proceeding with the final legal procedures prior to commissioning the building.

Issuance of this protocol is an important step towards the completion of the KYB Kabakum project and its subsequent handover to owners.
