Sea Line project: full package of key urban planning documentation obtained

We are pleased to announce that the Sea Line project has successfully completed an important preparatory stage and has obtained the full package of key urban planning documentation.

As of today, the following documents have been officially issued and approved:

• Development permit order — obtained and registered
• Assignment for detailed development plan (PUP) — approved
• PUP concept sketch — prepared and approved
• Approval protocol from ESUT — issued and confirmed

These approvals confirm the project’s compliance with urban planning regulations and legal requirements, allowing us to confidently proceed to the next stages of development.
