Construction of Kabakum Collection Garden Begins: Construction Site Opened

The developer West Building has received the protocol for opening the construction site and determining the building line and level — one of the key documents confirming the project’s readiness to move into the active phase of development.

This document confirms the completion of all necessary preparatory and administrative procedures and allows the project to officially proceed with construction works on the site. The protocol was issued on February 27, 2026, with the participation of representatives of construction supervision, the investor, and the contractor.

The Kabakum Collection Garden project will become part of the Kabakum Collection concept — a modern residential environment on the Black Sea coast, where architecture, comfort, and natural surroundings create a new quality of life. The complex is being developed in one of the most promising coastal areas of Varna, in close proximity to Kabakum Beach.

Initial works are now beginning on the site as part of the project implementation, including the preparation of the territory and the installation of a retaining wall.

The project is already attracting strong interest from buyers, adding further investment value: only 3 apartments remain available for sale.
