KYB Kabakum – April 2025: The Project Enters the Final Phase

Construction of the KYB Kabakum boutique hotel, located on the front line of one of Varna’s most picturesque beaches, is nearing completion. The project is in its final stage, and we are excited to share the progress with you.

In April, the following works were completed:

• Interior finishing of the common areas is being finalized — creating a modern and comfortable space with carefully considered details.
• Landscaping of the surrounding area is underway — walkways are being formed, greenery is being planted, and architectural elements that highlight the project’s style are being installed.

Our team is working without interruption to deliver the completed complex as soon as possible.
