KYB: Three Years of Growth, Partnership, and Responsibility in Bulgaria

In 2022, KYB Corporation began its operations in Bulgaria — a country that became a new growth point and a place to realize the philosophy of responsible development. Over the past three years, the company has implemented a number of infrastructure, residential, and social projects that are shaping the modern and comfortable urban environment of Varna and the region.

From the very beginning, KYB has focused not only on its own projects but also on improving the city’s infrastructure.

In partnership with the Municipality of Varna, the corporation financed the renovation of Georgi Boev and Sava Radulov Streets, ensuring convenient transport connections for residents and tourists. Additionally, the company initiated the cleaning of slopes in the Alen Mak area, improved beach access roads, and created a green recreational zone. Nearly 2,000 trees and shrubs have been planted, and a small urban park has been established.

These initiatives have laid the foundation for long-term collaboration with local communities — in both urban development and social infrastructure.

At the same time, KYB has been developing projects aimed at strengthening Bulgaria’s investment and tourism potential. In spring 2025, together with SkyUp, the company launched the first direct flight between Chișinău and Varna, opening new opportunities for business and tourism beyond the EU. Through its projects, KYB has attracted over €420 million in foreign investment to Bulgaria’s economy, created around 800 jobs, and generated tax revenues amounting to tens of millions of euros.

Environmental and social responsibility are at the core of KYB’s philosophy. Currently, the company is conducting a year-long series of sports and environmental events called “Plums for Trash,” combining fitness and city clean-up activities. Over 1,000 kilograms of waste have already been collected — including plastic that will be recycled and transformed into an art installation.

KYB has also initiated the “School of the Future” project — an innovative educational center in Varna that will apply modern teaching methods and foster cultural exchange. In this way, KYB is building a holistic social ecosystem where construction coexists with human and environmental values.

“We came to Bulgaria not just as investors, but as partners striving to build trust, create jobs, and develop spaces where people truly want to live and grow. Over three years, KYB has become part of Bulgaria’s economic and cultural life — and for us, that is both an honor and a responsibility,” said KYB Corporation founder Oleg Nevzorov.

An important part of KYB’s mission is its partnership with the “My Razom” organization, through which the company supports the Ukrainian community, helps with integration, and participates in cultural and humanitarian programs. During the floods in September–October 2025, KYB promptly organized the collection and delivery of humanitarian aid to affected areas, reaffirming its commitment to social responsibility.

Today, KYB continues to actively develop new residential and commercial projects, as well as infrastructure and educational initiatives in Varna. Its mission remains the same — to create a harmonious space for living, working, and investing, where modern architecture meets care for people and nature.

Bulgaria has become not just a business location but a vital part of KYB’s philosophy — a philosophy of growth, partnership, and responsibility that changes cities and lives for the better.
