KYB Corporation Among Participants of the International Realty Summit 2025

On July 3–4, Odessa will host one of the key real estate events of the year — the Realty Summit 2025. The event will bring together over 1,000 participants, including investors, agents, developers, and representatives of leading Ukrainian and international real estate companies.

On the second day of the summit, the international block will feature KYB Corporation, which will present the Kabakum Collection and other projects in Bulgaria as examples of high construction standards, advanced infrastructure, and strong investment potential along the Black Sea coast.

Denys Kaushanskyi, an international real estate expert, will speak on behalf of the company. He will share insights on creating comfortable environments for living and leisure, and will also discuss new formats of investor collaboration.

Attendees will learn about:

• the real estate market in Bulgaria;
• the benefits of investing in seafront properties;
• how Kabakum Collection functions as a profitable real estate model with a private club concept.
