KUB Kabakum – March 2025: Final Construction Phase

We’re excited to share the latest updates from the construction site of the boutique residential project KUB Kabakum. The building works are entering their final stage, and we continue to share progress on our YouTube channel. What’s been completed in March:

 ✔️ All plastering work is finished – the walls are ready for final decorative finishes.

 ✔️ Engineering infrastructure is fully completed – all electrical and low-voltage systems have been installed.

 ✔️ All balcony railings are installed – the facade now has a complete architectural look.

 ✔️ Common areas are being finished – with special attention to comfort and aesthetics.

 ✔️ Entrance doors to all apartments are in place – a new level of safety and privacy.

 ✔️ Landscaping of the surrounding area is actively underway – creating a cozy and visually pleasing environment.
