Varna has a rhythm of its own. Mornings by the sea, long walks through the Sea Garden, the calm of the pedestrian centre, historic buildings alongside contemporary architecture, and summer evenings when the city stays awake until late.

It is a city that continues to evolve while preserving its character — the sea, the greenery, the sense of space, and the distinctive balance between a coastal city and a place for everyday life.

For West Building, it is a privilege to be part of Varna’s development. Through our projects, we aim to contribute to the urban environment with high-quality, functional and contemporary architecture designed with consideration for both the people who live here and the character of the city.
